We have a hybrid exchange configuration. Recently we have had a few new users sync to online exchange. These user accounts don't allow Outlook Calendar to sync with Teams Calander. We have tried a couple of solutions we found online to remove the user from OE but didn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

    Hi Denny,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, after you synced users to Exchange Online, the calendars in Teams and Outlook are no longer syncing with each other.

To help me assist you better, could you please provide the following information:

1/ For the affected users, please ask them to sign in to Teams on the web and check whether their Teams and Outlook calendars sync correctly there.

2/ Could you let me know whether the users' mailboxes are currently hosted in Exchange On-premises, in Exchange Online, or in both?

In the meantime, you may also refer to the following article:

Once I have this information, I'll be able to assist you more effectively. I look forward to hearing from you.
