You tagged this as a Sysinternals question, but it is not related to those tools.

You mention "Windows Server" but you did not specify what version. Is this some specialized version? And did that OS come directly from Microsoft?

An internet search returned: "Treck TCP/IP is a real-time embedded TCP/IP stack widely used in IoT and industrial devices, supporting IPv4/IPv6, multiple protocols, and requiring careful security management due to known vulnerabilities."

I am not familiar with "Treck". Did you install that software on your server, or did it come bundled with the OS? It appears that Treck is a 3rd party software vendor, so typically you would contact them for support with their product.

The "Treck" software could also have come bundled with some other application that you installed on your server. In that case you would need to contact that software vendor to verify that their program is compatible with whatever updated version of Treck that you would install.

It is possible that your scanner software returned a false positive. Of the scanners that I have dealt with, the vulnerability report usually points to a link that documents how to address it.

An internet search says to upgrade to version 6.0.1.67 or later. Have you done that?
