Request for Assistance: Recovering Lost Skype Chat and Media Export

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding the retrieval of my personal Skype data.

Prior to the June 15, 2026 deadline, I successfully requested and downloaded my full Skype chat history and media files through the official Skype Export Portal. However, my MacBook recently underwent a hardware repair where the SSD was replaced, resulting in the accidental and total loss of my downloaded export files.

When I log into the Skype Export Portal now, it only displays my call history records. I completely understand that the official server purge deadline has passed, but I wanted to formally reach out to see if there is any remaining backend archive, secondary backup, or legal data retention hold where my previously generated export file might still exist.
