Unable to access Azure and Microsoft Entra ID – Account locked and not eligible for Azure services
Hello Microsoft Support Team,
I am experiencing an account access issue with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
I have been using my Microsoft account for several years, and I previously registered an OAuth application through Microsoft Entra ID.
However, I can no longer access either the Azure Portal or the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
The following error messages appear:
When attempting to access Azure or Microsoft Entra ID:
Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again.
When attempting to sign up for Azure:
You are not eligible for an Azure account. We're unable to offer you Azure services at this time because you are not eligible for an Azure account.
Additional information:
My personal Microsoft account is still working normally.
I previously had access to Microsoft Entra ID and registered an OAuth application.
I have never purchased or subscribed to paid Azure services.
I am unable to access the Azure Portal or Entra Admin Center.
I cannot create an Azure support request because the support portal requires me to sign in to the affected Azure environment.
I do not have an organizational IT administrator to contact.
I would appreciate assistance with the following:
Could you help determine why my Azure / Entra access has been restricted?
Is my existing Microsoft Entra tenant still active, and is my registered OAuth application still available?
Is there a way to request an account review or restore access without signing in to the affected Azure environment?
Could this issue be escalated to the appropriate Azure account or Microsoft Entra tenant recovery team?
I would like to restore access to my existing environment rather than create a new account, as I already have an OAuth application registered there.
Thank you for your assistance.
