Locked out of Microsoft Account - Authenticator App Loop

I am currently locked out of my Microsoft account because I cannot log into my Microsoft Authenticator app. When I attempt to log into my account on my computer, it asks me to verify using the Authenticator app.

When I click on "Sign in another way", my only two available backup methods are both tied to the Authenticator app (the in-app code and the app notification). Because of this, I am stuck in a loop.

So is there any way that I can change my verification methods without signing in my Microsoft account
