Managing permissions and login credentials to access Microsoft Advertising accounts
Microsoft Advertising re-appeal link redirects to Login/Blocked; need moderator assistance
I operate Lagniappe Flavors, an online retailer and curator, and need a Microsoft Advertising moderator's help accessing the appeal process for free product listings.
On October 20, 2026, I received an “Account suspension upheld” email that explicitly invited me to re-submit an appeal addressing any issues within six months. When I follow that email's appeal link and sign in, it redirects to ads.microsoft.com/Login/Blocked. There is no appeal form; the only option signs me out. The appeal link for my current business account also reaches the blocked screen.
On October 22, live support told my authorized assistant that no further appeal or escalation could be accepted, even after we explained the email's re-appeal invitation and the inaccessible form. I have the support case number and transcript available privately.
Relevant business context: the original account was opened for Surfside Wear under the same email address. I no longer have that website. My current business is Lagniappe Flavors at lagniappeflavors(.)com. Please help distinguish the retired business details from the current store. I do not know whether the old details contributed to the suspension.
My current Google Merchant Center Shopify source displayed 90,997 products on October 22. I also have evidence of Google's Top Quality Store badge, with Exceptional ratings for shipping, returns, payment options, and website quality, and Good for competitive pricing. I can supply these screenshots privately as business context for the review.
The Microsoft Merchant Center notice cites “Product description, landing page, and terms.” I am ready to address specific actionable issues Microsoft identifies.
Could a moderator:
- Investigate the blocked re-appeal link and provide a working submission channel or route this access problem to engineering?
- Clarify how I can use the re-appeal option offered in the October 20 email when support says further appeals cannot be accepted?
- Provide a private channel for account IDs, the existing support case, emails, and supporting evidence, and identify any verification or store-policy corrections required?
Thank you,
Tony Rodrigue
