If that device is provided by your school, they will have installed a hidden administrator account and also enabled group policies to restrict what their students can and cannot do on the PC, the only option is to contact the IT department at the school to ask them to allow you to install whatever apps you need to use, no-one here is allowed to provide you with a method to bypass those restrictions, it is against the code of conduct of this forum, I hope you understand.

You cannot retrieve or use your school’s administrator username and password; ask school IT to approve and deploy the app to your account or computer.

School-managed Windows devices can block app installation even when a website or browser restriction has been removed. Intune for Education lets the school restrict Store apps, non-Store apps, untrusted apps, and programs requiring administrator privileges.^1^

Request the app from school IT

Send your teacher or school help desk:

    • The exact app name and its official download page.
    • Why it is needed for schoolwork.
    • Your school username and the computer’s asset tag or device name.
    • A screenshot of the installation error—without showing passwords or other private information.

Ask them to deploy the app through Intune or make it available in the school’s approved app portal. Device management allows IT to install, update, and restrict applications remotely.^2^

Do not keep trying to bypass the restrictions or obtain an administrator password. That could violate school policy or damage the device configuration.

If the computer uses Windows 11 SE

Students cannot install arbitrary applications on Windows 11 SE. Only IT administrators can approve and deploy supported applications through Intune; some apps may also require an additional policy before they can run.^3^

To check the edition, open Settings → System → About and look under Windows specifications. If it says Windows 11 SE, the school’s IT team must install the app.

If the computer uses Windows 11 in S mode

This is a separate restriction that permits only Microsoft Store apps.

    1. Open Settings → System → Activation.
    2. Check whether the page says the computer is in S mode.
    3. If it is, and the school allows switching, find Switch to Windows 11 Pro, select Go to the Store, and select Get.

Switching out of S mode is permanent—you cannot turn it back on. If Go to the Store is blocked or unavailable on this school-owned device, stop there and contact school IT because the organization can require devices to remain in S mode.^4^

Signing into Windows or Edge with your school account does not make you an administrator. If you receive “Your network administrator has blocked access,” only the organization’s administrator can change that security policy.^5^
