CRITICAL ESCALATION: 24-Hour Outage - Subscription Disabled - Multiple Tickets Closed Without Resolution

To the Azure Escalation Team and Microsoft for Startups Leadership:

I am now entering a 24-hour total business outage because Azure's automated risk system unjustly disabled my production subscription, and your support team repeatedly refuses to fix it.

This is my third attempt to resolve this emergency. Two previous support cases 2610090050004220 and 2610220050001146 were abruptly closed by your agents without any resolution, without an explanation, and with my business still offline. Closing a critical, business-down support ticket without actually restoring the customer's service is an unacceptable failure of Azure Support.

Here is the summary of this catastrophic failure:

  1. I am a verified Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub member.
  2. My telemetry explicitly proves I met the Milestone 3 ($25,000) requirement: 5 distinct workloads running continuously above $1/day for over 67 days. I have provided the CSV data to prove this.
  3. While waiting for your team to process the delayed credit upgrade, my initial $5,000 credit exhausted and my account legitimately transitioned to Pay-As-You-Go.
  4. My credit card is active, linked, and my account has a zero past-due balance.
  5. Instead of processing my upgrade, Azure’s automated risk system falsely flagged my account for an "Acceptable Use Policy" violation and instantly disabled my entire infrastructure.

Microsoft's automated systems broke, and instead of helping a startup partner, your support team is actively keeping me out of business by ignoring the data and closing my tickets.

I demand this case be immediately routed to a Level 3 Escalation Manager or the Azure Security/Fraud Team. My subscription must be manually reactivated today, and my Milestone 3 credits must be applied. I cannot afford another automated response or another closed ticket while my live client demos are offline.

I await your immediate intervention.

Ahmad

    Hi Ahmad,

An Azure subscription disabled due to a risk or policy flag requires investigation by Microsoft Support. A valid payment method and zero balance do not automatically resolve such restrictions.

Since your previous cases were closed, raise a new Azure Support request referencing both case numbers and request escalation to the team responsible for the subscription restriction. Separately, contact Microsoft for Startups Program Support regarding your Milestone 3 credit eligibility.

Provide your evidence and subscription details through the secure support channel, not in a public forum. Q&A moderators cannot directly reactivate subscriptions or apply credits.

Thank you, and feel free to respond back for more assistance.
