Artifact Signing Public Organisation Validation Failed After Successful Verified ID Verification

I completed the requested passport verification through AU10TIX and successfully shared my Microsoft Verified ID.
However, my Artifact Signing Public Organisation validation subsequently changed to Failed, without an explanation or follow-up email.
The Azure portal provides no rejection details, and the verification link can no longer be accessed.
Could a Microsoft moderator please initiate a private message so I can provide the validation ID and organisation details securely?
I would like to understand the specific reason for the failure before submitting another validation request.
