I want to get rid of Microsoft Team.
I do not remember how I got it, but even when I delete it from my user - it is back after the next reboot. As it behaves like a virus, it does not show in my Apps. And of course I do not have MS Office installed.

    Hello MsTeamsIsWorseThanAVirus,

It sounds like Teams may still be registered as an app package, even though it does not appear under Installed apps.

Before removing anything else, please open PowerShell as administrator and run:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers *Teams* | Select Name, PackageFullName

Please post the result. Also check Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and confirm whether any organization is connected.

These details will identify the exact Teams package and whether something is reinstalling it, so the correct removal method can be provided without guessing.

Microsoft’s documented Teams removal methods depend on how the app was installed: Uninstall the Teams client

If Teams comes back after reboot and does not appear in Apps, it is likely installed as an Appx package or through the machine-wide installer.

Try these removal methods on Windows:

    1. Remove the new Teams app for the current user in PowerShell:
         Get-AppxPackage *MSTeams* | Remove-AppxPackage

    2. If the app is present for all users, run PowerShell as administrator and remove it for all users:
         Get-AppxPackage *MSTeams* -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers

    3. If Teams was installed machine-wide, uninstall it with:
         teamsbootstrapper.exe -x -m

    4. If this is classic Teams installed with the Teams Machine-Wide Installer, admins should uninstall the Teams Machine-Wide Installer by using existing deployment tools. Important: if new Teams is not already deployed machine-wide, removing the machine-wide installer can leave users without a Teams client.
    5. If the issue is specifically the Windows 11 Chat/Teams app, admins can also remove the installed app with:
         remove-appxpackage -package "MicrosoftTeams_21302.202.1065.6968_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe"

If Teams is being reinstalled by device management, that usually requires removing the managed work profile or changing the organization’s app deployment policy.
