If an attacker changes your password and all the recovery information (e.g., recovery email, multifactor authentication, account recovery code) then I'm sorry to tell you that the account no longer belongs to you, and you will never recover it. There is nothing that Microsoft or anyone else can do to help you.

Moreover, even if it was possible to recover your account, the damage has already been done because the attacker has by now copied everything in your account that they need to successfully impersonate you on the internet. You would be well advised to distance yourself from everything that was in the account.

    Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that your accounts were compromised.

Since you've already tried recovering them without success, I recommend starting with Microsoft's Sign-in Helper:

    https://aka.ms/SignInHelper

Follow the prompts for a compromised account. If you can no longer sign in, select No when asked whether you can access your account.

Depending on your situation, Microsoft may direct you to one of two recovery forms:

    Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr

    Recover My Account: https://aka.ms/recovermyaccount

These are separate recovery processes, so please use the one Microsoft directs you to.

If you have already submitted a recovery form directed by Sign-in helper, and it was rejected, you can try again with additional or corrected information. However, submitting the same answers repeatedly is unlikely to change the result.

Please note that if two-step verification was enabled and you no longer have access to any verification methods, the Account Recovery Form cannot bypass that requirement.

Unfortunately, community members and Microsoft Support cannot manually override account ownership verification.

Can you tell me which recovery form you previously tried and what response Microsoft gave you? (Note, the names of the forms and the URLs are not the same)

Please DO NOT share your email addresses, passwords, or verification codes here.
