Startup verification failed for registered Romanian company – support ticket unanswered, request manual review

Hello,

Our Microsoft for Startups business verification failed (“We couldn’t verify your startup”). We are a legally registered company in Romania:

• Company: Seamore Systems S.R.L.
• Registration no. (CUI): 51783969
• Website: [https://seamoresystems.com] (application email uses the same company domain)

We are an accepted member of the NVIDIA Inception Program and applied for Azure startup credits through the Inception partner benefit.

We opened Azure support request 2610150050004856 on 16 Oct 2026. It has received no response, the “New message” option is disabled, and there is no “Get program support” option on our Microsoft for Startups page.

We have attached the relevant documents to our support request, including our founding documents and the official trade registry (ONRC) certificate of registration, as proof that the company is legally registered and active.

Could a moderator please let us know which verification check failed and escalate our case to the Microsoft for Startups verification team for manual review?
