I am aware that this has been asked multiple times, how ever if Microsoft has an archive which is accessible to windows users that enables download of their windows 7 ISO's, I would appreciate the information. I am aware of third parties but it has been advised that those are not recommended.

    Hello,

Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Community.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, the ISOs have been permanently removed from Microsoft's servers; we cannot recommend any secure locations for downloading the ISO, given that official support has ended.
