Artifact Signing individual verification failed after pressing Share

I’m setting up Artifact Signing as an individual. Immediately after pressing Share in Microsoft Authenticator, I received an error. The verification link then said “No Access—this link has been used already.”

I have now received a “Validation Fail” email, but Azure shows no failure reason. This happened on October 20, 2026, around 11:43 AM Eastern.

Can you investigate the failure and tell me whether the request can be recovered or must be recreated? I can provide the validation and subscription IDs privately.

My request is now Failed, not In Progress, and neither the portal nor the email provides a failure reason. Could someone from the Artifact Signing team investigate this specific request? Please tell me how to provide my Identity Validation ID privately and confirm whether I should recreate the request.
