Co-pilot worked fantastically up until this past week. I never had a problem with it. Now, since the latest update, it does not work at all. My work in my projects folder is gone. It keeps crashing or not loading. It went from being a useful tool to less than useless. Is there a plan to fix it? Whatever the update was, it was horrid. Will it be fixed or should I get a different AI?

    Hi Deborah Morey,

Since you’ve already tried the suggested steps and are now seeing “Unable to load content,” it would be best to contact support directly.

Kindly open Get Help from the Windows Start menu and search for “Copilot unable to load content after update.” Select Contact Support if the option appears. Alternatively, visit the Microsoft Support contact page and type “I need to connect with a live support agent” if the Support Assistant opens. Be sure to mention that the issue began after the update and that your Projects or Notebooks content is missing.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly change product features or access back-end systems. We can only provide technical guidance based on the information shared here.

I hope they can help you get your content back.

    Kind regards.
