Problem with recovering my account

Hello, my account has been hacked recently. They changed my email, password and removed phone number. After senting multiple recovery forms I moved nowhere. After waiting for response from Microsoft team I got nothing. Silence of days. When I replied to same post they told me "Hello, Thank you for reaching out. This case was previously closed as it was either resolved or closed due to non-response after multiple contact attempts. In both situations, a closure email explaining the reason would have been sent to you. If you require further assistance, please open a new case by visiting hxxps://support.microsoft.com/." Every single time. I provided every micro proof evidance that I am the owner and Microsoft didn't sent me anything about it, every form I responded in minutes with true information, not hours or days. I seriously need my account back. Please Help.
