I worked here before to this hamat Alula, but they are still using my name, old email address and number under this account in Microsoft. Kindly restrict and remove it.

    Microsoft is not directly involved in managing users/licenses/content within an organization.

    Each organization manages their own via their IT department/admin users. Microsoft's role is to support these admin users, but cannot support regular users directly. You would need to voice this concern to the company's IT department. Without their consent/authorization, Microsoft cannot step in.
