Title: URGENT – Production Tenant Deauthenticated (AADSTS5000224) for 38 Days – Microsoft Support Case #2609240040001221

Our company's Microsoft 365 production tenant, arcanis.onmicrosoft.com, has been completely inaccessible since 12 September 2026.

All administrator and user sign-ins fail with AADSTS5000224.

Microsoft Support confirmed on 25 September that the tenant is blocked and collected the HAR log and screen recording.

Our existing support case is #2609240040001221.

Despite repeated escalations, the assigned Subject Matter Expert has now confirmed that the responsible internal teams have not provided any response.

We previously reported suspected unauthorised activity involving unknown users, domains and subscriptions. We are concerned that our legitimate business tenant may have been affected by a security-related block.

We have seen Microsoft Q&A cases where the Entra engineering/product team successfully reauthenticated tenants experiencing the same error.

Could a Microsoft Entra moderator please escalate this existing case to the appropriate Product Group / Tenant Reauthentication team and arrange secure ownership verification?

We cannot complete any Admin Center security actions because the entire tenant is deauthenticated.
