Cannot validate identity on my Artifact Signing Account

I have created an identity on Artifact Signing Account.

In order to complete, the process I have created aa au10tix ID which has been validated.

The issue occur when I want to use this Id to complete the identity validation.

The authenticator says that everything is ok : "the live selfie matches the id picture" but the azure process fails.

I have tried 4 times and each time I need to recreate the identity validation since once failed I cannot retry.

I can try again to get more details but I haven't seen a lot of debug info.

If the failure is showing as address mismatch, name mismatch, or FaceCheck failure, the documented fix is:

Delete the existing identity validation request.

Remove the associated Verified ID from the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Submit a new identity validation request.

Create a new Verified ID.

Make sure all information is entered exactly and complete the verification in adequate lighting.

I reinstalled Authenticator. This helped me going further but did not go though in the end
