A public forum cannot retrieve or disclose your organization’s account-specific Partner ID; an authorized user must sign in to Partner Center and locate it under Settings → Account settings → Organization profile → Identifiers.

    Find your organization’s Partner ID

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Partner Center using your organization’s work account.
    2. Select the Settings gear in the upper-right corner.
    3. Select Account settings.
    4. Under Organization profile, select Identifiers.
    5. Expand MPN IDs/PartnerIDs and copy the required value. Partner ID was formerly called MPN ID. ^1^

You can also open Organization profile → Legal info and locate the Partner ID there. The tabs and information visible in Account settings depend on your organization’s enrollments and your access permissions. ^2^

    Choose the correct ID

An organization can have more than one Partner ID:

    • Global Partner ID identifies the overall partner organization.
    • Location Partner ID (PLA, formerly a location MPN ID) identifies a particular business location.
    • For CSP or incentives transactions, use the applicable business-location Partner ID. ^2^
    • For Marketplace-related IDs, go to Organization profile → Identifiers; this page can show MPN/Partner IDs, CSP IDs, publisher IDs, and tracking GUIDs. ^3^

If you cannot see Identifiers, open Account settings → My access to review your access, or ask your organization’s Partner Center administrator to provide the ID or grant the required access. Do not post tenant details, access tokens, personal information, or unredacted Partner Center screenshots publicly.

If your organization does not have a Partner ID

Join the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. After registration, sign in to Partner Center and retrieve the new ID from Legal info or Settings → Account settings → Identifiers. Obtaining a Partner ID is free. ^1^

    Hello Chandra,

If you need your organization's Microsoft Public Customer Number (PCN) urgently, check Microsoft 365 admin center → Billing → Your products → Volume licensing → View contracts. Open your license agreement to view its details; for Select Plus agreements, the PCN is listed there.

If you cannot access the agreement, contact your Microsoft licensing reseller or Microsoft Volume Licensing Support with your organization details and license agreement number to request it.
