i did not receive an email for 14 days. i changed the password and try sign in help.

Have you tried sending a test email to this account using another email account? If so, did the test email arrive, or did you receive a delivery failure message?

Also, have you already checked your Junk Email and “Deleted Items” folders? Please also check your Outlook.com storage to make sure it isn't full here: https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/general/storage
