Accessing Outlook on the web for business using organizational credentials.
Hi JG,
Error 530035 (AADSTS530035) means Microsoft Entra ID has blocked the sign-in because of its security defaults. This can happen when a request uses legacy authentication or is considered unsafe by the organization's security policies.
Since this affects your newest email address, I'd recommend these checks:
Confirm the account type: Make sure the new email address is a Microsoft 365 work or school account and that you're signing in through your organization's Outlook on the web page.
Try a fresh browser session: Open a private or InPrivate window, navigate to Outlook on the web, and sign in again using the full email address.
Contact your Microsoft 365 administrator: Ask them to open Microsoft Entra admin center, go to Monitoring & health > Sign-in logs, and inspect the failed sign-in for your account. The failure details should indicate why access was blocked.
Review the security configuration: If you administer the tenant, check Security Defaults, Conditional Access policies, and authentication requirements. Avoid disabling security protections just to bypass the error; identify the specific cause first.
Check the authentication method: If you're using an older mail application or protocol, switch to a client that supports modern authentication.
If this is a new work account, your administrator should also verify that the account is enabled and properly configured for Microsoft 365 access.
Could you share whether the new address belongs to a business or school organization, and whether you can sign in to Outlook with your older email address? That will help determine whether the issue is specific to the new account or caused by a tenant-wide security policy.
