My email and password doesn't work anymore

As the title says, Microsoft doesn't recognise my email even though I used it every day, I believe a hacker changed my account's email, password, and recovery email. Which I found that it's extremely annoying that Microsoft allows you to change the user of Microsoft account.

I tried contacting Microsoft support about this through the sign-in helper, account recovery form, and the username recovery page, but none of them worked.

Is there any way to get it back? This account is important to me because it's linked to my paid Microsoft app.

I'm looking forward for the help ASAP, Thanks in advance

Regards, Tom
