The Roblox 6000 points award

The 400 Robux reward has not been publicly confirmed as permanently discontinued, but Microsoft provides no restock date or guarantee that this specific reward will return.

Microsoft states that some gift cards are not always available, offers vary by country or region, and users should check the Redeem page regularly. It also explicitly says Customer Support cannot provide details about when gift cards will be restocked or removed.^1^

What you can do

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Rewards Redeem page using the account on which you earned the 6,000 points.
2. Check whether 400 Robux appears among the rewards available for your account and region.
3. Check periodically because the catalog and inventory can change.
4. Keep the points if you specifically want Robux, or select another available reward if you do not want to wait.

Do not use a VPN or switch regions to find the reward. Rewards must be redeemed in the region where you signed up, and available offers can differ by account, country, and market.^1^

If you want to report the prolonged absence, submit the Microsoft Rewards Support form linked under Need more help? on Microsoft’s support page. Support may record or investigate the feedback, but Microsoft’s published guidance says its representatives cannot give a restock date.
