STOP STEALING MONEY AND THEN MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT

I can’t contact a real person. It’s impossible to get to a support chat. Actually once I got into the support chat after pulling teeth to get there I got left on “you’re next in line” for over an hour. It’s an online support chat there shouldn’t be a goddamn line. This company is such a scam for setting this up the most frustrating way when yall know damn well. I paid $560 on October 5th for my surface laptop to be repaired or replaced, and when yall said you can’t do anything with it, it would get sent back as is. After talking to support about this the other day I was informed I would get my refund for the service yall didn’t preform but that I paid for as soon as I got the laptop back, but now that it’s back I don’t have the over $500 back. I would like the refund as fast as possible. I can’t seem to fucking contact anyone for this.
