And when i ask the IT technician, they say there is a problem with the Redmi Phones. All Redmi phones have this problem.

What can be done to solve this?

    Hi Aki Singh

Based on the information you provided, the error 53003 usually indicates that access is being blocked by your organization's Conditional Access policy in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Although the sign-in itself is successful, the device, app, location, or compliance status does not meet the requirements configured by your IT administrator.

Since the error occurs specifically in Outlook Mobile on Android, and your IT team has mentioned that multiple Redmi devices are affected, this suggests the issue may be related to how those devices are being evaluated against your organization's security policies (for example, device compliance, app protection requirements, or device registration status).

As this is controlled by your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant settings, only your IT administrator can review the sign-in logs and Conditional Access policies to determine exactly what requirement is being blocked. They may need to:

    • Review the affected user's sign-in logs in Microsoft Entra ID.
    • Check the Conditional Access policy result for error 53003.
    • Verify whether the Redmi device is recognized as compliant and properly enrolled (if device management is required).
    • Compare the behavior with other Android devices that can access Outlook successfully.

If possible, test the same account on another Android device or access your mailbox through Outlook on the web to help determine whether the issue is specific to the Redmi device or to the account's policy requirements.

As this is a business account, your IT administrator will be the best point of contact for reviewing the organization's security policies and applying any necessary changes.

    I hope this information helps.
