A Microsoft Family group shared with me and I can't access it

My daughter has a MS 365 family plan and my personal 365 plan was expiring so she tried to share the account with me. I appear in her family group but she doesn't appear on her account as someone I can start sharing with. She has 3 shares available. The Start Sharing button option is missing. My reoccurring billing for my personal subscription expires 10/24/26. Please check whether my current subscription is blocking the shared subscription from my daughter's family plan.

Your active Microsoft 365 Personal subscription could be preventing you from receiving the shared Microsoft 365 Family benefits. Your daughter should sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/sharing using the Microsoft account that owns the Family subscription and verify the sharing status. If you received an invitation, make sure you completed the Get started > Join now process using your own Microsoft account. If the Start sharing option remains unavailable, I recommend waiting until your Personal subscription has fully expired, then having your daughter send you a new sharing invitation.
