can microsoft resync renewed licence to my account

Licence renewed, excel doesn't work Tried hours of AI led solutions, - no joy. Unsubscribed, deleted 365 apps, re-subscribed downloaded apps again, problem is still there. Please pass me to human.

Does your renewed Microsoft 365 subscription show as active at https://account.microsoft.com/services?

What exact message or error does Excel show when you open it?

PC and no it is not showing active in my account. Tried to put the key code in and it says something went wrong try again. been trying for a week and still nothing working. Here is the key code

When you say you renewed the licence, what exactly did you purchase?

Where did you buy it: directly from Microsoft or from a retailer?

What exact Microsoft 365 or Office product name is shown on the receipt/card?

Did you purchase a renewal for an existing Microsoft 365 subscription, or did you buy a new product key?

Since the subscription is not showing as active under https://account.microsoft.com/services, this will help determine whether the purchase was actually applied to your Microsoft account.
