Hello @moe kamal
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Thank you for your patience, and taking the time to elaborate on your concerns.
If you purchased Windows 11 Enterprise online on October 2, 2026, but have not received a product key or cannot activate it, first verify the purchase and the license type.
- Check your order: Sign in to the Microsoft account used for the purchase and review your order history and confirmation email.
Check the installed edition: Go to Settings → System → Activation and confirm whether Windows is still Home or has changed to Enterprise.
Verify licensing eligibility: Windows Enterprise generally requires an eligible Windows Pro base license and an appropriate Enterprise subscription or volume license. A Home license alone does not qualify for the standard Enterprise upgrade path.
Contact the seller or Microsoft Support: Provide your order number and proof of payment. Ask them to confirm the exact product purchased, deliver the license or subscription instructions, and help resolve the activation issue.
Note: A separate product key may not be provided for some digital purchases, but Enterprise licensing requirements still apply. Do not purchase another license until the original order has been verified.
