    Hello,

    1. May I please know where you're getting this error?
    2. Are you trying to install or uninstall a Specific program on your device?
    3. Can you share a screenshot of the error message here for reference?

    Meanwhile, ensure you have installed all the latest updates for your PC.

    • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update> Check for Updates.
    • Download and install all the available updates.

    If your PC is up to date, open Command Prompt (Administrator).

    Run these two commands one by one. 

    msiexec /unregister

msiexec /regserver

    Running these two commands will unregister and then re-register Windows Installer.

    See if you can uninstall or install the program afterwards.
