    Hello,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Good morning, @yahira . This situation is expected, as support for Office 2010 ended on October 13, 2020. Microsoft no longer provides technical support, bug fixes, or security patches for Office 2010 vulnerabilities that may be reported or discovered in the future. This includes security updates that help protect your computer against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software.
