Hi affi mirza & thx for join me at Q&A platform,
understand your concern. If you've been charged multiple times without expecting those payments, the first step is to identify what generated them.
Azure subscriptions can incur usage-based charges, even when you haven't explicitly approved each individual payment. However, that doesn't establish whether the charges on your card are valid.
Please check Azure Portal > Cost Management + Billing > Invoices and review your active subscriptions and billing history.
If the charges aren't explained there, open a Billing support request through https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade. Billing support is available without purchasing a paid technical support plan.
Provide the transaction dates, amounts, and last four digits of your card through the secure support channel. Don't share your full card details here.
If you believe the payments are unauthorized, contact your bank as well to discuss preventing further charges.
As a volunteer moderator, I can't access your billing account or issue refunds, but Microsoft Billing can investigate the transactions and review any applicable refund options.
rgds,
Alex
