Minecraft capes not showing up in account

I was logging onto my Minecraft account on my phone, because I was having issues updating my game in the launcher, and when customizing my character I noticed that these two capes I had on previous skins I used to use, aren't showing in my account? I used to have them showing on the left, but now they're both gone? Luckily the game didn't forget about them completely but now I'm scared to customize my characters because this is the only proof I have.

    Hi DaSeagull,

I understand why you are hesitant to customize the character when the two capes are still visible on the current skins but no longer appear under Owned Capes.

Could you please confirm the names of the two missing capes and whether this happens only on the phone or also on another device? Please also check that the same Microsoft account and gamertag are being used on each device.

For now, I would avoid changing the affected character presets. You can try signing out of Minecraft, fully closing the game, restarting the device, and then signing back in with the account that originally received the capes.

If the capes remain missing from Dressing Room > Capes, please contact Minecraft Support, as the support team can investigate account-specific cape entitlements. This is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access the account inventory or restore missing content.

I hope the capes appear correctly again soon. Thank you so much for your understanding.
