I received an Order Receipt. The product shows up in my MS 365 Admin Center. It's labeled as "FAILED" and cannot be deployed. How do I fix this? Don't know what failed, or why.

    Dear Greg Sparkman,

According to your description, I understand that you have already received the order receipt and can see the purchased Exchange plan in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, but the subscription is currently showing a “Failed” status and cannot be deployed.

Based on the symptoms, the issue may be related to the billing or payment information associated with the order, or the subscription may not have been provisioned successfully. However, the “Failed” status alone does not identify the exact cause.

To narrow this down, please verify the following in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

    1. Navigate to Billing > Bills & payments and check whether there are any outstanding balances or payment-related issues.
    2. Navigate to Billing > Payment methods and verify that your payment method is valid and up to date.
    3. Navigate to Billing > Your products, open the affected Exchange subscription, and check whether any additional billing, payment, or provisioning error details are displayed.

If the subscription continues to show a “Failed” status after you have verified the above information, I recommend contacting the Microsoft Billing Support team so they can review the order and subscription status from their side.

To contact support, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, select Help & support in the lower-right corner, and follow the prompts to contact Microsoft Support regarding the billing/subscription issue.

You can also refer to the following documentation for information about contacting support: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business

I hope this helps. Thank you for your valuable time and cooperation.
