MSN account will not deliver Walmart.com emails to any of my boxes.

Since the end of August 2026 I have not been able to receive any emails from Walmart at my MSN account. They aren't in my inbox they aren't in my junk email they aren't in my spam and they aren't in deleted. This makes it impossible for me to be able to get into my Walmart account. What is going on with MSN or Outlook email and why did this change all of the sudden?
