Wrong Location and wrong IP address

When I am entering to my account my Ip address and location is different in Location services, My location is Tbilisi and writes Ajara, Also I am entering with mobile phone Apple 12 and my IP address is : 185.70.53.190 and office computer Ip is : 91.184.104.2, this IP adress has changed and shows the same wrong IP 185.115.4.212 << this IP adress is not mine. Someone uses my account and location services and IP adresses is shown from VPN. This is not safe for me and please turn on locations to my account and please delete all extra devices, I only use office computer and I have not any laptop, android phone and etc. I have 2 active TS terminals TS4 and TS5, I only use TS4 and please delete my account from TS 5 terminal.
