Logging in to account and payment for subscription

Hi,

I have had emails flagging my Azure subscription (which is a PAYG with a credit card) needs updating. It is only about 25p per month as I have deleted the various services some time ago.

However, I currently can not log into my Azure account.

When I try and login to Azure with my account, instead of letting me login as me, it seems that my account is associated with a third-party service provider. So the account is showing as email#EXT#@thirdparty.onmicrosoft.com. I get asked to authenticate using Authenticator but dont have this account setup.

I work with several third-parties for both personal and professional and so my name is likely to be a Guest in various tenants but this is the first time it feels like my account has been hijacked and is no longer mine. The supplier may be at fault for doing something but I dont feel they should be allowed to do this (ie the Microsoft settings shouldnt allow this).

Can you help?

Of course, at the moment - I cant login to investigate further my Azure subscription and to update the credit card details.

    Thank you for the response.

Unfortunately this doesn't resolve my issue.

I have tried logging in using a different browser (Chrome rather then Edge) and get the same issue. I have also tried in-private access. My account still gets associated with the Guest account for a different tenant. I am not able to log in to the account and see my organisations either.

I can (and will) go back to the service provider who has set me up as a Guest but I still dont see this as more of a Microsoft issue allowing this to happen rather than a supplier who may have done something wrong but shouldnt be allowed to take over my account this way.

    Andy
