Microsoft for Startups - Azure Sponsorship ends 1 Dec 2026, requesting extension review (support request 2610090050002086)

Hi, we're a self-funded Microsoft for Startups member (joined Founders Hub in November 2024), and our Azure Sponsorship ends on 1 December 2026. We'd love to ask the Startups team to review our account for an extension. We help UK GP trainee doctors prepare for their licensing exam with AI-simulated patient consultations, built entirely on Azure: Azure OpenAI realtime voice, Azure OpenAI models and Azure Functions. Since launching in September, doctors use it every day, and usage grew more than five-fold in our first month. We plan to keep building and scaling on Azure. We've raised Azure support request 2610090050002086. We can't reach Program Support directly: our portal shows no "Your Microsoft Team" tile, and the startups portal returns "No user found". Could someone help route this to the Microsoft for Startups team? Thank you.
