    Can you please try to create another local user account and then test the headphones there?

    Open Settings, go to Accounts, then Other users (on some builds it’s under Family & other users), and click Add account. When the Microsoft sign-in window appears, choose “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information,” then “Add a user without a Microsoft account.” Enter a username, set a password, fill in the three security questions (Windows 11 requires them when you set a password), and finish.

    Try toggling Bluetooth off and on, then disable and re-enable the Bluetooth driver in Device Manager, and restart the computer.

    Please try this;

    Press the Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press OK.

    In the window that opens, scroll down to Bluetooth Support Service and double-click it.

    Check the Startup type setting. It’s likely set to Manual.

    Change the Startup type to Automatic.

    Click Apply, then OK.

    Have you tried a hard reset?

    Shut the laptop down completely, then unplug the charger and everything else attached (USB devices, external monitors, dongles). Press and hold the power button for 15 to 30 seconds, then let go. This drains the residual power from the motherboard, which does the same job as pulling a removable battery. Leave it for a minute or so, then plug the charger back in and power on.

    And then try testing your headphones.
