    Hi Sakshi,

To further assist you with the issue regarding Office applications, can you please share the full error message you encountered? It would be best if you share a screenshot of the full error message so I can further investigate on it and guide you with the steps on how to proceed with resolving it.

If the error message suggests that you should Repair Now, try the following instead: Exit all Office apps and run an Online Repair. For more, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lifecycle/repair-an-office-application .

Before you begin, verify that you can access your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services and that your Office product is associated with it. This ensures that you can reinstall Office, which is usually a required step following an Online Repair.
