If that process did not resolve the problem, because there is no problem indicated with the WiFi drivers and the error indicating the WiFi Adapter is not responding, most likely there is a hardware fault on the WiFi Card, it may need to be replaced, it would be best to contact Dell Support on their website.

If so, try pressing that key or Fn + that key to test if that enables the WiFi.
If that does not enable the WiFi, most likely there is a hardware fault with the WiFi card.

2026-10-10T13:38:59.1366667+00:00 I am experiencing the same issue with a latest-generation HP EliteBook.
I have already tested the following scenarios:
- Windows 11 25H2 and 26H2, both with and without interrupting the OOBE.
- When using the preinstalled version of Windows Pro, the system runs normally and the Wi-Fi adapter driver works as expected. However, the issue occurs when using Windows Enterprise.
The problem appears after the system has been running for a certain amount of time. Windows then becomes unstable and sluggish, with symptoms such as a black screen, the taskbar disappearing, and overall poor system performance.
Approximately one month ago, Windows 11 25H2 was working without any issues.
