I purchased 18 unit of MS.ESD OFF HOME AND BUS 2024 ALL LNG and the token is register to 1 single email address.

  1. There are 2 token key activated but didn't receive the email send from Microsoft "Your Microsoft Order #xxxx has been processed". May I know how to tack and trace this?
  2. I have a token which I'm sure haven't activate but when try to activate it shows already registered. How I can verify whether this has been registered/activated or not?

Appreciate all your feedback and advice.

Thanks.

    Hello it snp,

An Office product key can be redeemed only once. After redemption, the license is linked to the Microsoft account used, and Office should be installed from the account’s Services & subscriptions page:

    Check Services & subscriptions

The missing confirmation emails do not provide enough information to determine whether those two keys were redeemed successfully. Also, if another key says it has already been registered, its redemption status must be checked through Microsoft’s account records.

As this is a user-to-user forum, we cannot access those records or trace individual keys. Please contact Microsoft Support with your purchase invoice, order details, and the affected key for further assistance:

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. 1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

If the keys were purchased from a third-party reseller, you may also need to ask the reseller to verify or replace any key that Microsoft cannot validate.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.
