Hello Phạm Anh Lâm
Based on the error message shown:
"Your company support needs to assign license for access."
suggests that your account may not currently have the required permissions, licensing, or enrollment rights to use Company Portal/Intune.
_
To help identify the cause, please contact your Microsoft 365/Intune administrator and ask them to verify the following:
1/ Confirm that your account has an Intune license assigned
The administrator can check this in:
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center -> Users -> Active users -> Select your account -> Licenses and apps
- Confirm that the user has been assigned a license that includes Microsoft Intune.
Reference: Assign or unassign licenses for users in the Microsoft 365 admin center - Microsoft 365 admin | Mic…
2/ Review the user's sign-in logs
Navigate to:
- Microsoft Entra Admin Center -> Entra ID -> Users -> Select the user -> Sign-in logs
- Locate the failed sign-in attempt and review the Failure reason and Conditional Access tab to determine whether access is being blocked by a licensing, enrollment, or policy requirement.
3. If Conditional Access is requiring an enrolled or compliant device, review Intune enrollment settings
In Microsoft Intune admin center:
- Go to "Devices" -> "Enrollment" -> "Automatic Enrollment" and verify that the affected user is included in the "MDM user scope".
- Go to "Devices" -> "Enrollment" -> "Enrollment restrictions" and verify that the user's device platform (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) is not blocked.
- Go to "Users "->Select the affected user -> "Devices" and check whether the device is enrolled successfully.
Once these settings have been verified, please try signing in to OneDrive again and let us know the outcome. I will try to review it again for you.
Hope my information is helpful to you!
