Hello Support Team,

I am trying to reschedule my existing, active Microsoft exam appointment. However, the system blocks me with an error stating that the voucher used during my initial registration is expired and can no longer be used.

    Is this a voucher from AI Skills Fest? If so, the date for scheduling/rescheduling has passed and you cannot reschedule the exam
