    Hi @Jayden Bruni

I’m very sorry to hear that your account has been compromised. Please don’t blame yourself, as scams impersonating verification processes can appear very convincing.

Since the attacker changed your email address and security information, preventing you from signing in, please complete the account recovery form and provide as much accurate information as possible. This may include your original email address, previous passwords, purchase history, Xbox information, or any other details that could help verify your ownership of the account. Help with the Microsoft account recovery form

If you do not receive a response after submitting the recovery form, please contact Microsoft Support directly by following these steps:

    • Select Show expanded list of products.
    • Choose Outlook > Get Home support.
    • Search for Account Recovery, then select Get Help > Contact Support.
    • Sign in with another Microsoft account if you cannot access the affected account.
    • Under Ask our Support Assistant, type Talk to a live chat agent, then select Contact Support.
    • Select Other Products > Manage Account Security > Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

You should also secure your Discord account and any other accounts that use the same or a similar password.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

I sincerely hope you will be able to regain access to your account soon.
