Artifact Signing - Identity validation email verification never received (2 attempts, different email addresses)

I've submitted two Public Trust identity validation requests for Artifact Signing (organization "PURA COMPETÊNCIA - SISTEMAS INFORMÁTICOS, UNIPESSOAL LDA"), and in both cases the portal shows "Conclua a verificação de e-mail" (Complete email verification) but the actual email verification/confirmation message is never sent.

  • Request 1 ID: 15d7e1c4-3c33-4ae7-bccd-cc6363ee6c0e — primary email ******@socria.net, submitted 27/09/2026
  • Request 2 ID: fba199ef-b7c2-4561-9e12-e8853bdd5f19 — primary email ******@socria.net, submitted 04/10/2026

I've confirmed via mail server delivery logs that other automated emails from this process (document requests, "action required" notifications, "your Azure account is ready") were all successfully delivered and read — so mail delivery to this domain is working normally. Only the specific email-ownership verification message never arrives, in either request.

Could someone from the Artifact Signing team please manually trigger/resend the email verification for one of these requests, or advise on next steps?

Manual resend of the same email verification link is not supported for an existing identity validation request. If the verification email was not received, the supported action is to delete the current identity validation request and submit a new one.

For this scenario, use this path:

    1. Check Junk or Spam for the verification email.
    2. Confirm the primary email address can receive messages from external senders and that emails containing links are not being filtered.
    3. Ask the email administrator to verify that firewall, security, or mail filtering policies are not blocking the verification message.
    4. If the message still cannot be found, delete the current identity validation request and create a new one.

    Important details for Artifact Signing:

    • The primary email must be a monitored email address on a domain owned by the legal business entity.
    • Verification links expire after seven days.
    • A new link cannot be resent on the same request.
    • If email verification fails, a new identity validation request is required.
    • Creating more identity validation requests for the same entity while one is already in progress does not help and requests cannot be expedited.

If assistance is still needed with identity validation, the supported escalation path is Azure Support or Microsoft Q&A with the artifact-signing tag.
