Blocked from Submitting Support Ticket - Azure for Students Starter Tier Restriction

I signed up for Azure for Students via GitHub verification, but my account is restricted to the Starter tier with only 30 items. I am missing Visio. When I try to submit a support ticket in the portal, it blocks me. Please help escalate this to the subscription team to manually apply the correct tier.
