When you click redeem on the rewards, did you see any error? such as "so popular we're restocking" or does this happen with all the rewards on your dashboard?
Also check to see if you see any notice like this:
Since if your geography location does not match with your account region, the redeem button would be greyed out too such as this:
Please check your location carefully and you can also try download the Bing app on mobile device and you can try to redeem again.
