Hi Kennedy,
Since the site owner has already added you as a member, I would recommend asking them to review the permissions in more detail, as membership alone may not always provide access to all document libraries, folders, or files.
Please ask the site owner to check the following:
- Go to Settings > Site permissions > Advanced permissions settings.
- Select Check Permissions, enter your account, and click Check Now to verify your effective permissions.
- Open the affected document library and navigate to Settings > Library settings > More library settings > Permissions for this document library to determine whether the library is using unique permissions instead of inheriting permissions from the site.
- If only certain folders or files are not visible, select the affected item, choose Manage access, and confirm that your account has at least Read permission.
- Verify that you are signed in with the same work or school account that was granted access. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, try accessing the site using an InPrivate or Incognito browser window.
- If all permissions appear to be configured correctly, the site owner can try removing your access, re-adding it, and then allowing some time for the permission changes to propagate.

I hope this helps. Please let me know whether you can access the SharePoint site itself but cannot see the documents, or if you receive a specific error message when attempting to access them. I'd be happy to assist further.
Best regards.
