Sweden Central capacity block
Could someone please confirm whether Microsoft was aware of any regional capacity constraint or capacity event in the Azure Sweden Central region around 1 October 2026 at approximately 09:43 UTC?
The customer experienced an AKSCapacityHeavyUsage / ManagedEnvironmentCapacityHeavyUsageError while attempting to provision an Azure Container Apps Managed Environment in Sweden Central.
If a capacity-related event occurred, could you please provide the following details:
- Confirmation of whether a regional capacity constraint was present in Sweden Central at the reported time.
- The start time, duration, and scope of the capacity constraint/event.
- Whether the
AKSCapacityHeavyUsageerror was directly related to the regional capacity constraint. - Whether this was a known Microsoft service-side capacity issue, even if it did not result in a publicly posted Azure Service Health incident.
- Any recommended mitigation or best practices to avoid similar capacity issues when provisioning or replacing Azure Container Apps Managed Environments.
- Whether Microsoft provides any capacity reservation, guarantee, pre-validation, or alternative region/zone options for Azure Container Apps Managed Environments.
If no regional capacity event was recorded, please confirm whether the error was instead related to a resource-specific or temporary capacity limitation and provide the relevant details.
